Requirements
OFSTED and CQC Registered Managers Readiness Training Requirements: must have a minimum of two (2) years in a position relevant to the residential care of children, young people, adults, and have worked one (1) year in a leadership, supervisory or management position involving staff working in care to children.
For domiciliary care registrations, the potential managers should have a minimum of two years experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager within homecare, residential care and or clinical care, in a capacity where they are supporting employees, clients and stakeholders.
